Addictive Peanut Dip

7 February 2010

Ok, so my husband nicknamed this Mark’s Crack…I thought because he is addicted to it like some people are addicted to crack…the double entendre was lost on me until moments ago!  The recipe was given to me by my dear friend Julie Intlekofer.  It’s seriously to die for.  Serve with parbroiled mini potatoes, carrots, pita bread, or whatever else you have on hand!  Would be great to dip chicken in as well.

5 garlic cloves
1 bunch of cilantro (I used 6 cubes of Trader Joe’s frozen cilantro)
1/2 cup peanut butter (I used TJ’s organic creamy)
1/2 cup soy sauce
5 tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tbs. chili oil

Blend, dip and pass the breath mints
